Pastor Vincent and Lady Janet Ash
Pastor Ash was saved and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit when he was 18 years of old and his calling to ministry at the age of 25. In 2006, he became the Assistant Pastor of Journey of Hope Church and took over leadership in 2012. Upon hearing a word from the Lord, Pastor Ash changed the name to The Father’s Heart Ministries. Pastor Ash has a father’s heart and leads with boldness, zeal, love and a passion for God’s people. He enjoys traveling abroad and has had an opportunity to minister in the Philippines, and Cape Town, South Africa. In his spare time, Pastor Ash enjoys fellowshipping, vacationing, DIY projects and writing music.
Lady Janet Ash, otherwise known as “Nana”, is the Head of the Sister’s Ministry and has a passion for the children. Her mother’s love for all resonates throughout the church building with her smile and laugh. She enjoys couple counseling with Pastor Ash, traveling and writing encouraging letters to the ladies of the Church. Sis. Jan owns her own Daycare Center (Nana’s Loving Daycare).
Pastor Ash and Sis Jan have been married for over 33 years, have 4 children and 9 grandchildren.
Pastor Angelo and Hailey Phillips
Pastor Angelo Phillips and Sister Hailey have two loving children and are Kingdom Ambassadors. They passionately preach the gospel of Jesus Christ locally, internationally and on social platforms.
The family, originally from South Africa has served in many functions of the ministry. They have been affiliated with The Fathers Heart Ministries since 2018 and moved to Indianapolis in 2022. The Phillip’s family knows it was a divine connection upon meeting Pastor Ash and the beginning of a great Kingdom mandate.
Pastor Angelo grew up in church. His favorite saying is, “My DNA is Kingdom”. He is the offspring and a 3rd generation preacher of a family that loves God and music. He is a singer, song writer, drummer and worshipper.
Pastor Angelo gave his life to Christ at the age of 16, was baptized and received the Holy Ghost at 19. He has served as a Worship Leader, Youth Leader, Young Adult Leader, and was recently called and ordained to serve as an Associate Pastor.
He passionately seeks to advance the Kingdom of God by investing into the
“Now & “Next Generation” and looks forward to serving you and your family.
Elder George and Elaine Dodson
Elder George Dodson has been walking with the Lord for over 30 years and loves to challenge others in the Word. He came to The Father’s Heart Ministry in 2013 and has had a tremendous impact on the congregation, especially with many of the young men.
Known as “Dodson” by many, his hunger for God’s word is contagious. He loves seeing souls saved and transformed by the Word. Dodson avails himself to teaching small groups or individuals who want to listen, grow and mature in the Word.
Elder Dodson has worked for years in outreach and is the Head of The Father’s Heart Outreach Ministry Team. He and Elaine have been married for over thirty-five years, have four children and size six grandchildren. Dodson owns his own lawn-care/snow-removal business - Almighty Lawn/Janitorial Care.
Ministers Keith and Charise Dunlap
The Dunlap’s are delighted to share in the Ministry together. Minister Keith was introduced to Christ at 15 years old by his eldest sister, who is a Teacher of the Gospel. After many talks and seeds being planted, God gave the increase! Keith joined The Father’s Heart Ministry in 2013 where he received the gift of the Holy Spirit. He is passionate about outreach, photography and having one-on-one conversations where he gets to share his faith in Christ.
Minister Charise totally surrendered her life to God in 1998 and accepted her call to minister the Gospel in 2005. She has a heart to worship and serve! Each week at The Father’s Heart Ministry you will find her ushering others into the Presence of God as she leads Praise & Worship Service. She also serves in the Worship Arts Ministry.
Jointly, the Dunlap’s lead the Young Single Adult Ministry at TFHM. They enjoy pouring into the lives of others in small group settings.
The Dunlap’s have been married for nine years, have three children and one grandchild. They each own their own business – Press4Ward Photography and The Father’s Heart CNA Training Center.
Ministers Joe and Christinia Harris
Minister Jospeh and Christinia Harris have been married for nearly 11 years with 5 beautiful children. They both were called to the ministry in 2017.
God has grace them both to move in the gift of the prophetic, healing & Faith. They have a heart to worship the Lord and serve the body of Christ.
Minster Joseph runs our sound room ministry and is over our Now Generation youth department. They both assist in the biblical teachings and pouring into our youth.
Minster Christinia is also part of our worship dance ministry and the lead of our flag ministry, Waves of Glory. Together their goal is to help build the Kingdom and to be vessels of God's Glory on earth.
Minister Tedria and John Hunnecook
Brother John Hunnecook and Prophetess Tedria Hunnecook both have a servants heart and love inspiring others in the body of Christ to not only live by faith, but love and joy as well. They were joined in Holy Matrimony, September 1, 2018. They have seven adult children and over 11 grandchildren.
Brother John heard the voice of the Lord at a young adult age. He responded and began his journey in the body of Christ helping and serving those in need. Some call him Big Work, but his second name can be Mr. Hospitality because that is his true heart. He lives effortlessly by Faith. He knows His Heavenly Father as a provider and through his life teaches others how to rest in that knowing as well. His daily prayer is to always be in a position to help others.
At the age of 18 Prophtess Tedria found an old Gideon bible in her mother's basement. That she would read back and forth to college on the Chicago El Train. That was the beginning of a long journey of getting to know the Lord and sharing that truth with others through service and life. Today she enjoys serving with her husband, being creative, ministering to others, bringing kingdom encouragement and hope to those that may have lost their sparkle do to life's challenges.
John and Tedria have been a part of our FHM family almost 2 years and have been a tremendous blessings to all.
Elder Kenny and Tammy Bethea
Elder Kenneth and Sister Tammy Bethea joined The Father’s Heart Ministries only 2 years ago from York, PA. Their passion is out-reach ministry, evangelizing and serving others. They have started two nonprofit organizations. In 2000, “Second Chance Development Foundation” was created and ministers to the homeless, parolees, and widows / orphans. A few years ago, they started a local Cyber Café for area youth. Elder “Kenny” (known by his family and friends), can’t help but work for a local men’s shelter where he shares his testimony of how God delivered him from drug and alcohol abuse. To know the Betheas’ is to know their motto, “There is no time to waste. Work while it is day.”
The Bethea’s have been married for 43 years and have two children and six grandchildren.
